A public #pool/#gym/#cafe all in one. It is set as cafe but it can be set as any of the three as it meets all the requirements of all three. I tried to stick to as little packs as possible without sacrificing the aestheticsand fuction too much. the packs that are needed most to make the lot work are the #fitness pack and #gettogether. But you could just replace with base game versions of workout stuff and change the cafe. Hope you enjoy. Use bb.moveobjects before placing. Has been play tested.
