Saw this idea on Facebook and loved it! One place for your Sim to discover and develop all Expansion Pack skills. Becuase this lot is so busy, it is slow. If you are struggling to keep the lot moving I recommend removing the lobby areas/decor. Skills are in alphabetical order, except for child and toddler skills, which are on the ground floor for quicker access.
