Story of this build: Dr. Rex, an evil archeologist, wanted to bring back to life dinos. His "ghost" now leads the experiments from netherland. (In the 1st floor, behind the library door, you can find a dragon. If you lift its tail u can enter the room with the "ghost" of Dr. Rex.) He had the idea to hide his lab under the cafe.
