use bb.moveobjects! there's a empty room upstairs that you can use for your #hobby / #career or a bedroom. has a cute little #greenhouse out back and some cozy spots around the house for some lazy sims. uses wall art from another simmer, hover your mouse over it to see her @ because I can't remember it off the top of my head. decided to keep the front path cause I found it kinda cute.
