The Magnolia Gas Station is a retail lot which a Sim can use as both a retail store as well as their own home, as there is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment above the store, with a private entrance as well as a separate garage. This lot uses a lot of the new objects from the July, 2019 patch with the new live edit objects.
