Thank you Sims, for putting that tree right there... :-P I tried to make this one historically accurate- it has #butler's quarters on 2nd floor which you can use wiith #vintageglamour and maids quarters in the attic(not really for gameplay- convert it to a home gym or whatever you feel like!) both accessed by servants stairs.
