These are the ruins of a magical place. In the old Cathedrals dugeons lies a place that can be used as a place to travel to the magical realm or to gather and discuss magic and count Vlad ;). For non magical sims it could be a place to discover the magical realm or to just enjoy the lovely scenery surrounding the ruins.
