Once again, this #build was inspired from a recent #hotel / #motel stay and is inspired from a spontaneous miniature #holiday road trip. Perfect for a #starter #home for a small family on a big #budget; or even for a motel/hotel lot! NOTE: The bathroom area IS a bit strange because your sim would have to walk through a small bedroom to get to it, but as I said, this was inspired from a recent stay and this was the general layout of the room, lol :)
