Motherlode Mini Mansion
I tried to make a #villa worth exactly 50000 Simoleons... And failed. :) Downstairs are four rooms: #Kitchen, #Living room, #Dining room and a #Study / #Hobby room to work on your #skills. Upstairs are two bedrooms with double beds. On each floor are two bathrooms. There's a little #garden in front of the house.
