Renovation of one of Foxbury's dorms. I mainly used basegame and Discover University. There are 3 bedroomds with 9 beds in total (bunkbeds), 1 big bathroom with privacy, a largr study area, an open kitchen+lounge and plenty of objects for recreation and skill improvement.
