This mini modern home is meant for the small island lot in #Windenburg. With only 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, It's meant for bachelor sims and couples without children, Though, you could certainly add a basement if you so desire. I would have loved to have had a gorgous patio outside, which was my original idea, but unfortunatly the lot was just too small. I hope you enjoy!
