I know this uses a lot of packs, but the main ones you will need are *OUTDOOR RETREAT, *CATS & DOGS, *GET TOGETHER, and *PARENTHOOD-- the rest of the items are mainly clutter items. This has been playtested (though let me know if there are any problems), and the pond is usable as a swimming pool. Fully furnished for an outdoorsy couple and a child.
