(I used a tiny bit of the house size/structure from @gizky but everything else is completely my design) This large, brick, #familyhome is perfect for 2 sims and their 3 daughters (& their #dog). It has a living room & kitchen, dining room, conservatory, study; 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (1 with a #bunkbed).
