F. Wells Univeristy is one that's prestegious and known all around the city. Recently, they've decided to expand student living into individual houses, and their first project is complete. With space for up to 8 students (co-ed), a private kitchen, and fully decked out backyard, its no wonder more sims have decided to live off campus.
