Katie had always dreamed of being a successful wood craftsman. So she purchased this fixer upper with her wife and their two adopted teen boys. They worked together as a family to renovate the home to accomodate half of the first floor to be a retail space as well as a workshop. The second floor has two small bedrooms as well as the tiniest living room.
