I had the privlidge of staying at a beatiful hostel just outside ( a ferry ride away) from Itskushima at the tail end of summer in in 2018. This is not a one to one replica of he the layout but it is heavily inspired with creative liberties. I wanted to keep with the simplicity of this beautiful place.
