While it may be small, all the local pet owners don't trust anyone else, as the owner is the friendly daughter of the nice old neighbor who used to live in this house. She's so friendly, in fact, that she's noticed some of the single gentleman book appointments with a perfectly healthy dog. Keep an eye out for the outdoor lunch area, and the room JUST for the pets :)
