Years ago, an intrepid explorer trekked up this Selvadoradian hillside and made camp at the top. Shortly thereafter, they -ahem- vacated the premises. Fortunately for future inquisitive Sims, their campsite has been left (mostly) untouched, and the locals are more than willing to lease it for short-term rentals. MOO for placement!
