First attempt at making a shell challenge. My rules - no removing exterior walls or changing them to any size of half wall. Regular wall sizing up/downvv is allowed, as are adding porches, balconies and terraces. Any rotating must be done as a full lot and not floor by floor. Any lot type is permitted.
