This was designed using the #lilsimsieshell from Decemeber, so I apologize for the flat front of this home. Blame lilsimise lol. But I think I made it work pretty well, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a #splitlevel kitchen and dining room. The backyard is fully equipt with an #abovegroundpool and bar and grill area to hang with friends. Plus a pretty #carport up front.
