Use bb.moveobjects on before placing this. This was built for a lawyer, his writer wife and 2 teen children, a boy and girl. I imagined the girl to be a youtuber and the boy a bit geeky and into science. There is also a butler bedroom but you can change that for something else if you want. Also this has a lot of pillars.
