This is a modern family villa with rustic elements. It has a greenhouse that focuses on growing flowers (btw flowers outside are summer). The house is playtested and I grew all the fruits/veggies/flowers during gameplay. For the other family members that don't care about flowers there are plenty of other activities like a rocketship, gym, photostudio, DJ booth, a study, a whirlpool and a creativity studio.
