This was a home build challenge that fits a family of 8, It also has a private study, laundry room and art room. It occomodates for all ages in the family with appropriate space. The decor of the house was designed around a cool colour pallet and also on a 76,500 siimoleon budget on a 20x15 space. This was a lot of fun to build and I am pleased wiith the final result.
