Welcome to my 10th Shell Challenge! Your challenge is to build a Community Lot! No moving/deleting the placed walls, no basements, no extra buildings, no cc. You CAN change the wall height, including the half walls. It MUST be bright and airy to get us excited for Spring. It can go on ANY lot with no budget limit.
