19 rooms in this house and only 4 are above ground... The 1st basement is perfect for long or short term visits from friends (definitely not hostage situations). The 2nd basement is a great space to isolate yourself (or others) if temporary (or permanent) alone time is needed. Good news is if you like the build of the ground floor by itself, you can delete the basements and you have yourself a cozy and secluded cabin in the woods!
