Pepper's Pub has been serving the #University of #Britechester for as long as they've been around. The drinks are cheap to keep the college students coming in, and they've become a home for the many organizations that have been formed over time. There is plenty decorating & landscaping for you to complete. (MOO WAS USED TO PLACE and/or SIZE SOME OBJECTS & DEBUG ITEMS.
