Key Point Sustainable
My first go at a key point house. Wanted to blend the eco and island lifestyles. Needs a garden but this is just a first draft. Should have everything you need to live totally off-the-grid but I would want to make sure my sim was able to add eco-upgrades just to be safe. Plenty of indoor and outdoor living space with a rooftop bedroom.
