My frustration with the ridiculous Sandy Run lot finally came to a head in the form of a marathon build. This is the result. Inspired in part by Deligracy's Art Deco Cinema and heavily by Peachesplace's Spice Cinema. Has split level seating on the 1st floor and VIP balcony seating on the second. Build a kitchen and make it a restaurant! Throw some water around it and make it a super fancy yacht! The possibilities are endless! Take it! No...seriously take it. Take it and RUN!!!
