Renovated the Drake hall to have room for 10 sims. There are 6 single sim bedrooms and 2 bedroom for 2 sims. The renovated common areas have places to study and to have fun. The common areas also include a kitchen (if you want to keep the lot as student housing I suggest swapping the kitchen for the cafeteria item or installing a mod that allows stoves).
