Vault-tec's Vault 109 is designed to test the effects of a strict population cap and limited gene pool on human subjects. Staff are limited to the Overseer, all other tasks being performed by vault residents. Six residents will initially be taken in from nearby Oasis Springs, plus the Overseer, and this shall be the limit of Vault 109's population.
