This tower of a bookstore (or library or private dwelling... you decide) was inspired by a picture posted to a Facebook Sims Builders group. It features two floors of retail/skill building and the top floor is a 1 bed 1 bath flat. It's CC free and decorated in a pre-war fashion (mostly).
