A #renovation of an urban townhouse #TheSimSupply did quite sometime ago. I thought it would work really well as student housing, so I redid the inside and added on a second wall-wall #townhouse. Houses 10 sims at present, with the top floor intended for the player. All the rooms are simply furnished, with space for #roommates to spread out their belongings.
