Big thanks to DarthXajin for creating the original shell! I've changed it quite a bit to suit my sims.These townhomes are perfect for living separate, but together. Changes over the years have given each side its own personality; logical/traditional on the left and eclectic/artsy on the right. There is a shared back patio, roof access, and a basement that's perfect for a paranoid roommate.
