The Windenburg Arts Acquisition and Redistribution Committee ruled that four young adults did not need an entire factory in which to get "turnt" and so the club Partihaus would be peacefully removed from the historic Factory One. The building was then refurbished into a state of the art community arts centre for all ages. It has been redubbed Artihaus.
