An old fancy English style house that was converted to a Britechester student housing. I set it up for females only, but you can change it the way you like. CC and mods free. Playtested, everything should be working ok (including the couch on the 2nd floor and excluding the table in the side yard - it's a debug object). Before placing make sure bb.moveobjects cheat is on.
