Dedicated to his Daughter Cecilia Richmond - Earl Richmond built the Richmond Music Hall after he saw just how invested his daughter was in music and how much it meant to her. The Mayor also agreed it'd be good for the towns kids, a place to go and a way to keep kids and teens alike out of trouble on the streets.
