3 Empty Apartments
I love playing with fake #apartments so that I can shift the lot to be exactly what I want and avoid pesky neighbors. Here is a triplex (theres an apartment downstairs!) that I made while fussing around with terrain tools. The red side is the one ready to #furnish, but they are all easily converted so you can use which ever side will fit your sims more!
