Welcome to Brooklyn/NYC inspired build. This old apartment complex has been turned into a stylish cafe with only the top floor being occupied (hopefully your Sim). I always make my builds basegame friendly so in this version the cafe won't work properly - but you can still enjoy the aesthetic.
