In my gameplay this house belonged to Herb and Coral Oldie (room on the 3rd floor) and now passed onto their granddaughters Angela and Lilith Pleasant. Their respective boyfriends Dirk Dreamer and Dustin Broke moved in as well. I kept most of the interior, but fixed the stairway, layout and added a cellar to match the neighborhood and have more space. Fully furnished and playtested, no CC.
