*re-upload* Kitchen fix* While I didn't change much and stuck to the fresh out of CAS budget - I don't know that you'd recognize this renovated Maxis build. It is a two bedroom now and has a small bar joining the living area with the kitchen. I gave it some paint and recolored the windows and voila - a brand new(ish) relatively modern Sim home.
