A lot has happened in #TheSims since I originally uploaded my most popular #lot / #build / #house "Oasis Starter" in 2015. This is a #renovation of that build - STILL a #starter that costs less than 20K, and STILL #basegame only! Just way more #pretty, #functional, #lush and #decorated. The original charm and color scheme remains intact. It utilizes #moveobjects and quite a few items from #debug for its #landscaping - but it's 100% #CCfree. #Enjoy!
