I saw User Rushie5 post their first build on Reddit. I was inspired by your shell and story to create a 4 bedroom home without changing any of your exterior walls. I used your shell and some of your original furniture pieces, but I changed the interior pretty drastically and increased the budget by almost $30K so I could do more bathrooms, eat in kitchen with more surface and a study.
