Construction Lot - No CC
Northwest construction lot (for #midtownmeadows ) has been going under development for years, but was eventually abandoned. The lot was #renovated recently, and is #quiant and #unusual. Inspired by #BTS. Thoroughly available for #basegame (the cobwebs and cracks are not necessary) and was created with #moo / #moveobjects, and hasn't really been playtested yet.
