I wanted both a frat house and a sorority house for Britechester and since there's only 1 separate lot "on campus" I built both! I kept the sorority house nice, but trashed the frat house (for my own game). I kept the bedrooms in both plain with only a bed, dresser, night stand and desk so they could be customized with clutter.
