This is kinda my take on a #modern #brownstone style #apartment. It's a fresh environment that has a green house on the 4th floor that opens up to a private balcony! I made this in a very "no thoughts head empty" state, so I used A LOT of packs, sorry lol. I'd reckon the main ones are #ecolifestyle #snowyescape and #cityliving. Everything else is somehow replacable I think. I do have a murphy bed, but it's all play tested and it should work fine without #tinyliving. I'll upload a 6-unit one too.
