It is hard to build #british looking things in the sims. This is an attempt at a house split into #flats (#apartments). These are realllly common in the UK. There is a #1bed #groundfloor #flat and a #2bed #firstfloor #flat Both have a small #yard / #garden , #laundry #openplan living areas.
