Cheap Fixer Upper
This cute little fixer-upper that I found on the gallery! I didn't want to change any of the original build, so I kept the outer walls the same and changed up the floor plan to create a back door way into the back garden! Still lots of work that could be done, but an absolute steal of a bungalow for starting up families!
