Placed in #Britechester for playtesting. This is the smaller version of my 40X40 #spellcaster family home, updated for those playing 1 or 2 adult occults. (Or one Sim and a #Servo, there's one waiting for activation in the robotics machine you can see in the fourth picture.) If you don't have #realmofmagic I guess you could repurpose the magic lab for a scientist or vet. I build this when I just got #Ecolifestyle so I used that a lot. Build's been #playtested, no issues with the stairs etc.
