Hey! I just built a townhouse for Foxbury Institute in Britechester! I've always wanted to build a functioning townhouse in this game, but I thought it was impossible. However, I just realized that with the University Housing lot trait, it is actually pretty realistic. As you can probably tell, the people living in these houses are polar-opposites.
