An update to Spring Steppes with a more modern take on the neighborhood. This works really well as a sorority/fraternity house, or a dormitory. I recommend a smaller household, with roommates. I aimed to only use Base Game, Discover University and Eco Lifestyle packs, but there are a few singular items that may be from other packs.
